News September 21st 2011 Nicotine addiction On July 4th, 2011, Plaintiffs concluded a Settlement with the Government of Canada by virtue of which the Government agreed to help the Plaintiffs make their case against the tobacco industry. The Settlement was submitted to the Superior Court for approval on August 31st, 2011. On September 21st, 2011, the Superior Court dismissed Plaintiffs’ Motion for approval.
