News August 26th 2011 Mount Real Significant victory for the investors : class action is authorized. The Honourable Jean-François Buffoni of the Quebec Superior Court, in a decision dated August 25, 2011, has authorized a class action seeking to establish the liability of the accountants who audited the fraudulent financial statements of Mount Real and the trustees who sent erroneous statements of account to the class members.
