News June 23th 2011 Mount Real T&J, in association with the firms Lauzon Bélanger Lespérance and Belleau Lapointe, argued the Motion to authorize the class action before judge Jean-François Buffoni of the Superior Court of Québec in front of hundreds of members at the courthouse in Montreal. The class action seeks to establish the liability of the accountants who audited the fraudulent financial statements of Mount Real and the trustees who sent erroneous statements of account to the class members. .
