Notice concerning the registration form

You will find attached a registration form that we would kindly ask you to fill out and return to us.

Please note that even though the information you have provided us may be useful to the class action, we will not necessarily perform a detailed analysis of each individual case. The return of this registration form does not guarantee you any type of indemnity.

In fact, it is ultimately up to the Court to decide the cogency of the class action and the modalities of compensation. Furthermore, the definition of the group may be modified during the proceedings, which may result in your exclusion from the group.

By email, we will try to inform the members of the group (for whom we have a contact information) of any favorable and final result on the class action. However, we invite you to inform yourselves through the newspapers since any favorable decision will be the object of a published notice.
